Stress is linked to what matters to us. We don’t need to reduce stress. We need the right mindset and tools to prioritize all the competing issues clamoring for attention.
Without prioritizing the things that fill up our own energy, it is easy to get depleted and crash.

1) Our personal values – use them to prioritize our day
2) Mindfulness practices – when we are triggered, we should contain our energy and find that place to problem solve
When we re-program our minds and have the proper tools to think rather than react to stressful situations, we can meet challenges without over-reacting and depleting our energy.
